Hi all,

Taken from MEPO 4/10, Office Regulations applying to either the Police Force or the Civil Establishment of the Commissioner's office, or both.

This is, as far as I can tell, Warrens last Commissoner note made on the day of his resignation.

Apologies if this has been shown before, thought it would be of interest to some.
