    Anderson in Dublin

I am not sure how much research has been done on Anderson's life in Dublin prior to coming to England, I guess that Alan Sharp would be the man.

Anderson was a member of the College Historical Society (Trinity College, Dublin) and in May 1862 he was proposed for office as Auditor, running against two others.

    Stewart,

The Lighter Side does talk a bit about his school days, and he paints the picture that Catholics and Protestants at Trinity put that religious stuff behind them and got on as gentleman. I don't know if I buy that picture.
It may be just a bit of Saint Anderson showing through.

    Cheers,

    Mike
