Hi All!
I am trying to locate sources of female writings / perspectives during (or recently) after the Whitechapel murders.
So far I have only:
1) Queen Victoria's letters to Lord Salisbury expressing concerns about the murders and suggesting possible lines of enquiry.
2) Social reformer Henrietta Barnett's letter to Queen Victoria on behalf of the women of the east end.
3) Marie Belloc Lowndes "The Lodger".
Any suggestions or pearls of wisdom out there?
Again, any assistance is much appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
