Charity Jack the Ripper Walking Tour 25th August 2014

There will be a special Jack the Ripper event on Bank Holiday Monday - 25th August 2014.
It is being organised to raise funds for the Stairway to Heaven Memorial Trust.
The Stairway to Heaven Memorial Trust was set up to raise money to create a permanent memorial to the 173 victims of the hushed up Bethnal Green Tube Disaster of 3rd March 1943.

There will be two guided walks, both starting from the Memorial in Bethnal Green Gardens next to Bethnal Green Underground Station (Central Line).
At 1 pm and 5 pm.
The walks will last about 2 hours and the tickets will be £10 each.

Ten quid to find out who jack the ripper was what a bargain I wish I had known about this year's ago it would have saved me buying all those books and saved me a fortune!!

Yes you just turn up with a tenner in your hand.
As pinkmoon says it is a bargain

Graphics hadn't loaded before I asked my unnecessary question.

If the package is as Pinkmoon suggests, it will be well worth the money.

                  Ed,

Great tour. Shame about the weather, though (it rained solidly for the whole 2 hours).

                  Cheers,

                  Gary.

                    Not only 2 hours.
More deaths were almost claimed - through hypothermia
I don't know whether they would have been chalked down as late victims of Jack the Ripper or of the Tube Disaster.

                        Ed,

I hope your glamorous assistant didn't catch her death on the damp cobbles of Bucks Row. I enjoyed the tour enormously. The only negative is that I can't get the image of Robert Paul working on the checkout at Sainsbury 's out of my head.

                        Gary.
