      Hi JM,

      Will I be able to dip in and out with zoom? As I may have to do some juggling about with things that evening?

      Best wishes,

      Tristan

            The Casebook: Jack the Ripper Conference starts today at 2pm BST. (there was confusion that it started at 3pm due to an error on the poster)
            Watch it on Zoom here:

              We had somewhere between 50- 60 attendees who stuck around for all 7 hours of the online conference yesterday. If you were one of them, thank you very much.
              Reviews have been very positive…so we’re considering making it an annual event.
              The individual presentations will be released as podcast episodes later in the week.
              Thank you to all who helped make the conference possible- both in front of and behind the camera.

                Really enjoyed the event. Thanks for organising and thanks to everyone who took part. Making it an annual thing would be brilliant.

                    It was someone at a home located at the seaside who witnessed something.

                        While all the talks were good, the one I found most important to the field, was Mark Ripper's take on Ripperology and what we, as individuals owe to the field in general in terms of how the outside world perceives us, and I really enjoyed his point by point analysis of how the victims are characterized in the field, and how the field as a whole has a duty to represent ourselves. It was an interesting and thought-provoking subject, for me. I also very much enjoyed Suzie's presentation, and look forward to her book.

                        Let all Oz be agreed;
