Splendid stuff. It's good to hear it went down well. It has to be one of my favourite comedy productions ever!

Trouble is, everytime I read the phrase "Buck's Row" now, I hear "Melvyn Fido" in my head saying "BUCKS row"...

Oh, and many congratulations on the award Rob!

      All the best

        Sarah,

Yes, there will be a review in the upcoming Rip. I know cos I was sitting next to Eduardo who was taking notes,

        Andrew,

It went down brilliantly. And John even threw in a Paulo Begg impression, brutor.

        Glenn,

Im not joking. Put Martins name in the search.

Would have been great to see you too, Rob.
And congrats again to the award. You deserve it, mate.

Don't mention it, and thanks; I gave you both the paperback copy from this year since it is more updated with new stuff (the chapter in the end with new revelations made since 2008 was the idea of the publisher that made the paperback; they wanted something new added espacially for that edition). And it actually looks just as good as the old hardback original.

Hope you guys had a good chat with Tomas. I'd told him all about you so I guess he looked forward seeing you.

              All the best

Thanks for all the pics, everyone! Seems like good times were had

I am still dazzled by Rob's shiny award. Was there an emotional acceptance speech as well?

One thing puzzles me though... Did John really nick Paul's beard?

And guess who had to point out the right spot and the water spout.

Aah.. so there was also a rave party at the erstwhile Swallow Gdns!
                              I'm speechless!

Paul has shaved off his beard because Chris George was there as well and the similarity between a bearded Begg and a generic George was too close for comfort.

Yeah, Rob gave an emotional speech and seemed genuinely shocked (which he shouldn't've done - the shock, not the speech). He was soon back to his usual piss-taking self, though.
