October 12 is the Canadian Thanksgiving holiday when some of us have family gatherings to attend. If the conference could possibly be held on a weekend other than the 10th to 12th, more Canucks might be able to be there.

Why not come over anyway, and give thanks that you live in Canada and not the East End?

My cat Basil has only got as far as looking out through the cat-flap three times at the foot of snow on the patio, thinking better of it and keeping his legs and paws crossed! Poor thing must be bursting.
