  • Jacks hatred of women?

i was wondering with all this profiling about 'Jack',it is often mentioned,' he had a hatred of women'
Did jack really have to have a hatred of women to do this to them?or was he just a killer?

    Thanks for any help/comments

Jack appears to have had a particular hatred of women rather than men, or children, because, (as far as we know of course) he didn't murder or mutilate any members of the male sex or juveniles. In this he was very unlike Vacher, often called the French Jack the Ripper, for example.

I'm not entirely sure any part of what Jack did was motivated by hatred. There is surprisingly little rage in these murders, so it's fair to think that whatever he was doing this for, it wasn't about hate.

Could it be that Jack had Asbergers, amongst other major mental problems? Many Asbergers or Autistic people lean towards scientific, mathmatical and other non-verbal thinking. Ofter very professionally successful.
Could it be that he had a fascination of how a womans reproductive system looked, or how peoples' insides worked? It was like he was looking for something. I am trying to look at the murders objectively and cutting out the horror of his actions, which he probably didn't consider.

Or....If he was the man Henry Cox watched, he was stated to have a great hatred of women.
Its very difficult to put oneself in the mind of a person who does such things. Its also difficult to know if Henry was just thinking that Jack must have hated women from his own personal point of view.
I do think Jack had a motivation to start with, that was taken over by compulsion and maybe a bit of justification as time went on. Just cant see why he stopped.

Also ....any chance of a spell check on here, as it takes me ages to spell and check the longer words?

          Pat.......

To be frank, who knows if Jack hated women?

I sure don't he mahave love them, but Diddles the Cat was telling him to "Free them from their misery".

The simple fact is we have no idea what motivated him.

Profiling is statistics works. So any behavior that Jack would present would have the numbers run to determine the unknowns. Like why he did it. So it 63% of post mortem mutilators cite a hatred of women, then Jack did it because of a hatred of women. It's playing the odds.

We could be looking at a mission-oriented killer who felt he was performing "God's work" by cleaning up the streets of whores, as Peter Sutcliffe did. Not all of the Ripper's victims were prostitutes at the time of their deaths but try telling that to a psychopath listening to the voices in his head.

If the Ripper was religiously motivated, that might tie into the intent behind the GSG.

I've always thought there was something terribly impersonal in the way he went into the abdomens of his victim. From the sort of timid poking into Nichols to the casual inventory of Mary Kelly. I think that means mission oriented. And I think it means pretty detached. Whatever it was he wanted, it was in pursuit of a feeling of success, not sex or anger or revenge. Like a kid trying to beat a level of a video game.

Or like a guy who became fascinated with the displays of anatomical Venuses around and became obsessed with learning whether women were really like that or not.
