    Find My Past - Free Weekend

    Just wanted to let everyone know that the Find My Past website has a FREE weekend until midday on Monday 10th November 2014. This is a UK-based website which, as well as the usual stuff found on Ancestry, also includes the British Newspaper Archive.

    It's findmypast.co.uk.

      Thanks for the heads up, Ancestry also has free access to military records.

                          Well all family stuff but

                          I have for some time believed that my 3x GGF was a twin, having his birthdate but not his sisters and them both being baptised on the same date, however she was actually 2 years older.

                          Also while I believed I knew the name of my 4x GGM I now have t for certain.

                          Also added another ship to my 2X GGF Navy Career.
