Content sounds more like a hoax than the Ealing postcard. The latter I find quite chilling - the idea that two women have been identified and he's going to get them. -

DiscussClearly the first human laws (way older and already established) spawned organized religion's morality - from which it's writers only copied/stole,ex. you cannot kill,rob,steal (forced,it started civil society).

I'm wondering if the letter is referring to St Mary's Street in Whitechapel London and they are just assuming it is referring to St Mary's road in Cardiff?
