It tell me Mr Lusk did not co operate with the Official receiver and was summonded to a Public Examination on 5th June 1891

It also tells me that Mr Lusk has assets and that an Insolvancy Practioner was indeed appointed.

Mr Lusk was not a compliant Bankrupt.

        Chris,

I just realised, this is why Lusk was excluded from Doric Lodge in '89...non payment of his dues.

            thank you

I realize this is a years-old thread, but I'm new to the forums and would like to say thank you for making your research available.
I've been curious about Mr. Lusk, and there's generally a paucity of information available about him.
I saw in another thread information posted about his marital history, and even a scan of the actual letter his grandson sent regarding his grandfather's involvement in the case.
Thanks for your generosity in making your work available to others!

            Best,

            Jim McKinney

I'm with you on that Jim,

Lusk is fascinating to me also. Have you seen the photo of his Business sign Andy Ailiffe for some years back?
