Question: Origins of 'Autumn of Terror'?

Lately I have been doing a lot of reading and research once again in this era and topics, with regard to the affect the media had in creating the Ripper as we know him today. As such I have been thinking of the origins of so many things we take for granted, for whatever reason the question of "When was the phrase Autumn of Terror first used?" popped in my head and its annoying me that I can not remember the original source of this phrase.

Anyone got a better memory than I have?
