            DJA, it occurs to me that the vast body of human knowledge is MADE of arguments about how to argue. Philosophy and Religion are entirely based on debating abstract concepts of knowledge and faith.

            Even the "hard" sciences such as archeology and physics encourage much arguing.

            I think this is a fascinating thread.
