Sorry to sound like a total doofus, but I'm new on here and can't work out how to highlight a previous post (in the grey box) and then reply to it on a thread.

I'm on an android phone (if that makes any difference???).

I recognise this is pretty basic stuff!

Any help would be much appreciated!!

Can you see the little quote thingy at the bottom right of posts?

Press it.

If you can't see it, try pressing the three little dots "..." which should bring up a short menu, the quote option should be at the top.
