What was the name of the PC who killed himself ?

It was after he left the force. One day he put on his dress uniform and went to Hyde Park. He sat on a bench, close to the small police station, and shot himself.

I was hoping to learn more about this on here, but for the life of me I can not remember his name.

I have now found some of the old stuff on here about this. It always intrigued me. He is not one of the better known suspects, but I consider him to be of great interest.

It is a pity that there seems to be so little known about him.
