There's an excellent documentary available on YouTube from one of my favorite channels; it's called 'Victorian Killers: Mary Ann Cotton'.
The documentary really conveys the cruelty of the murders perpetrated by Cotton.

Not that unknown and certainly not Britain's first serial killer...all the Mail has done is thoughtlessly wreck the property value of some poor sod's first home...typical really...
