Hello Casebook,
I have thought of this idea before and now wish to give it a test run.
I think it would be proper to create a thread devoted to sharing newpapers clippings from around the world related to the Ripper Crimes and their history. Any may contribute, with no rules aside from they have to be related to the murder(s), suspect(s), and history pertaining to these events, including the 'torso killings'.
I hope this may amount to a wealth of knowledge for those intersted in contributing. PLease, if you do state the source of the article, and the run date.
Hope this works, please help contribute.
Here is the first.
A man was later found to be a Hungarian pork butcher named Sczestowitz, who may have been responsible for these murders.
I found this is Colonist, Volume XLII, Issue 9609, 14 October 1899, Page 3
Interesting.
