    Can't remember, Jason, but it was a TV one.

    Hancock seems to have written little poems at various times e.g. The Wild Man Of The Woods, where Miss Pugh rubs out the last line of his poem in his diary to make room for his chiropodist appointment.

      Robert might be right. The television version of the show first appeared in the same year (1956). However, I was referring to the radio broadcast, which was entitled "Back from Holiday".

      (The next time I'm in South London, I'm going to search out 23 Railway Cuttings. There's a Cheam, so there must be an East Cheam, right?)
