  • Your own personal story

Hi. This is a discussion forum that relates to any experience you have had that somehow relates to the Ripper murders, whether directly or indirectly. This goes out to everyone, not just thosel iving in England. For example, for me personally, besides visiting London in 2007 and visiting the East End, there is an interesting tidbit that I see every day on my way to work. I work in Southampton, PA (in Bucks County, just north of Philly) and the main route that I take to and from work goes past a little park. And, get this, the name of it is called "White Chapel Memorial Park." I always thought that was rather interesting.

Anyone else have any similar stories?
I won't make any deals. I've resigned. I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed,de-briefed, or numbered!

I used to live near White Chapel Memorial Gardens cemetary in Duluth, GA. that coincidence got me to looking and it would seem there are quite a few White Chapel memorials here in the states. New York, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Kansas, just at a quick glance.
'Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - beer in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO, What a Ride!'

My primary school was in Rutland Road, Hackney, where both Inspector Helston and George Godley lived. The houses were demolished whilst I was there (1973-4).
