What am i looking at ?

Hi ,

I have been looking at the photo archive section on here and came across a photograph showing the demolition of Duval Street .

I want to know if anyone could actually give me some point of reference on the photo ? all i can see are the remains of walls but as i dont know the area from back then i havent got a clue from what direction it is taken, where is where and even whether it has actually been agreed to be of Duval Street itself.
