Hi all !
Can anyone out there help me ?
I remember reading a book on JTR in the early 80's, as far as I can remember it was I think written by a policeman ,either serving at the time or retired.
All I can remember was the author suggested that the man who first found Mary Nichols was her murderer. How this fitted in with all the other victims, I really cant remember, but I also think that the author interviewed some old guy who had lived in that area of the time in a pub ( possibley the ten bells )
and named the ripper, I think.
The version I read was a liberary book, hardback with a red cover.
Can anyone remember this book, who the author was and what his conclusion was?
Many thanks.
