Which institution it was at an early age, I do not know, but I will endeavour to find out. In later life, at least after I was born, he lived at an institution in Kingston, Surrey. Thank you for your kind interest.
I will have words with my Uncle who still lives in your neck of the woods, just outside Seattle, to see if he knows.
