    Black Museum Open To Public?

    Anyone have any further information re. Boris Johnson's request to have Scotland Yards Black Museum opened to the great unwashed?

    As far as I am aware there have been tentative nods at it going ahead but no definate answer. I believe they are talking to all of the 'blue light' services so that will be interesting.

      They dropped the un-PC name 'Black Museum' some years back.

      Personally I feel it holds no public benefit to open it.

      Taussards wouldnt be too happy either.

          Obviously the public wouldn't be benefited from it's opening but it would be of historical interest to many i should imagine, also, Madame Tussaud's off loaded 99% of it's relics associated with the Chamber of Horrors years ago. If you go there now all you'll experience is a low quality scare show and the sight of an original guillotine blade
