Having collected pretty much all the Ripper documentaries released and bootleg'd over the years, i'd like to know which is considered the best and why?
Best Ripper Documentary?

"The Secret Identity of Jack The Ripper" (1988) presented by Peter Ustinov if only for its open-court approach. Although its execution isn't brilliant and the conclusions are questionable. I seem to remember certain evidence given as fact when it shouldn't have been and certain other key things were completely overlooked.
"Unmasking the Ripper" by Richard Jones seems to get a good review although I haven't had chance to see it.

Timewatch:Shadow Of The Ripper, hosted by Prof Frayling, from the late 1980s still thrills me now, when I watch it on an old vhs tape. Havent seen that many since, but some of them obsessed with suspects I find a little stale.
Anyone any recommendations?

agreed, anything Frayling puts together is always well made, such as his 'Birth of Horror' series some years ago. 'Unmasking the Ripper' I think is good, tho i am never too keen on talking heads in an historic documentary, everyone gets a bit too over excited I find
