Here's an interesting photo from The Times Online photo gallery. The caption reads: "The back yard of the house at 29 Hanbury Street where the mutilated body of Annie Chapman was found on the morning of 8th September 1888." I have never seen this particular photo before. I'd be more likely to believe it if I hadn't also looked at their photo of "Dutfield's Yard" (image number 7).
