Looks interesting but is very difficult to read. I think Sickert is a bit of a fantasist so I am not sure whether we are getting the whole truth. The website about the Ripper is familiar to me but I am very sceptical about its claims.
if and i personally find it unlikely,Sickert was being stalked by Sutcliffe, the question is why was Sutcliffe in london and why would he wish to stalk Sickert????
I know the source is bad and that's before we get to Sickert (oops there's my anti-tabloid tendencies showing) I came across it by accident while looking up information on an Irish election candidate who was trying to close a public park. Here's some background on him http://www.independent.ie/topics/Noel+O%27Gara. Even more fun (Yorkshire Ripper related) is this http://www.independent.ie/national-n...l-1313168.html
I don't reckon anyone has ever actually had to dive clear of a car being driven at them. He had possibly watched one too many episodes of 'The Sweeney'.
And he had previously been so believable too...
Roll up the lino, Mother. We're raising Behemoth tonight!
Strange that the article refers to the original "Edwardian" Jack the Ripper...
It would seem a provable story by sourcing the letters Joe supposedly sent to the police.
I have my doubts that Sutcliffe worked alone in all his murders - this story would be very interesting if true as it indicates a partner/companion of Sutcliffe's who would apparently be fully aware of his murderous intent.
