Dont know if this helps, but do a search on this site for Lusks bankruptcy. The great Chris Scott started a thread on this some years back.

Also Andy Ailiffe managed to located a photo within which a sign advertising Lusks business can be seen. It may be worth contacting Andy should you wish to do so.
