Nice to hear about my brides. I talked to the priest of Notre-Dame yesterday,and he promised me to widen the gate before our wedding.
Big City is very cold, as is the accent of the Parisiens. But quite pleasant (I've obtained a 3 months residence in Ethiopia for about May or June, but I'm not yet sure...).

Simply, I believe that Sam Flynn and Ben's suggestion (Flemtchinson) could very well provide the solution.
Hutch is suspect.
Fleming is suspect.
Flemtchinson is very suspect.
And there is no census in which a "convincing Hutch" is to be found.

I know. It's frustrating. Sometimes it seems as simple as Hutch did it and sometimes it seems as simple as Blotchy did it. Discount Hutch and no one else saw MJK with anyone but Blotchy. I keep coming back to that over and over and over.

Yep there's something about our 'Blotchy' friend that wont go away I agree- the 'carroty' moustache and the billycock hat though would hardly make him disappear into the crowd...I'm convinced that if he was a 'local' he would most certainly have been known.....and probably trusted....that way danger lies I say

Yep I reckon they ALL knew him (in every sense) - They felt comfortable and not threatened- that's the answer!! Now- who this guy was- we'll never know (Don't get me going!) but either a familiar guy or a trusty like a policeman or maybe aaaaaaaaagh a priest............

I can't imagine a reddish mustache would be all that uncommon in London at the time, but you have to realize that I don't know a lot of Londoners, or British folks face to face---well, any actually---and can't be sure.

I wouldn't be at all surprised that they knew of Blotchy.
