Sam, I think you are quite right. I believe I started the thread here because of Bond's notes and his observation that MJK was naked lying on the bed. And things just kind of snowballed from there! Sorry. I would be more than happy to copy my post into the other thread root, as you suggested, or ... Would this be better suited to a moderator, in order that others' responses may be moved as well? Either way. I will refrain from making additional commentaries until the topic finds its proper home.
