Whatever happened to the Casebook CD/ DVD that had all of the posts from the message board, et cetera?

I didn't know there was a CD. I hope Admin is able to assist at some point - bears permitting.I won't always agree but I'll try not to be disagreeable. -
Archived CD/DVD's were available going right back to the late 90's.

I'm not certain but if you browse the contents of the disc you might see a load of .html files and they should be readable in modern browsers.These are not clues, Fred.
