Why is my post count showing zero?

Hello,
I am new and have posted and replied a few times, but my post count is showing 0 (zero)-- is this happening for a reason? (Oh, I am using an iPad to access the forums and post.)

Thank you, I am really enjoying the site and forum threads. Very interesting.
