Attaching photos

OK, so how do I attach a vertical photo to a post? Every time I try, it goes sideways. I've even rotated the original and it still comes up sideways. Help!

is it a landscape v portrait issue perhaps? It's a long time since I uploaded any images and I don't recall having any difficulty. Sorry not to be more help but I thought somebody should at least reply to your post. Hope somebody else comes in who is of more use to you.

Was going to ask if a Japanese camera was being used,however decided against that ...... d'oh ..........

I have had no difficulty.Clicked on 'Upload attachments',found the photo I wanted to upload,changed to jpegg,clicked save,and my last couple of photos loaded.
