Please be advised that the server issue that is causing conflict with the Report Post Button is also causing problems with the New Registration Emails that should be sent when an account is approved. If you are waiting for your new Registration Email, and you have not received one yet, it is entirely possible your account has already been approved and you can post, you just never received the email to indicate your account is active.
