    One English accent that didn’t get a mention is East Anglian, at its richest in Norfolk where they even have some road signs in the local dialect.

      In "The Cowboys" a wounded John Wayne is told that he's going to die, and answers "I know it." That response (instead of "I know" or "I know that") sounds rather distinctive, and rather French ("Je le sais"). Is this widespread in the USA?
