Yes, Monty, Michael Connor is the main name when it comes to Lechmere, no doubt about that. His research and suggestions were groundbreaking for the Lechmere bid.
What we - mostly Edward - have done, is to add much more background and to go into the case in much more detail, which has revealed one anomaly after the other, meaning that we think that we have a very fair case.

Incidentally, it has been amusing to read on the net how people immediately suppose that we are campaigning to sell a book. This is not true. There is no upcoming book, at least not in the immediate future. So the somewhat cynical deduction that a wish to sell in a book lies behind our work is anything but correct. The event at which the theory was presented was instead a fundraiser for the Stairway to Heaven Foundation. For my own part, I can safely say that I have never earned a penny on my Ripper interest, but I do not mourne that - it is rewarding in itself.

There, having painted a picture of myself as a saint (which is sadly not true...), I will take the time to thank Ruby for her congratulations!

        The best,
        Fisherman

            That's reassuring.

At any rate, there is global publicity for the 'Stairway to Heaven' project -a route that you and Fisherman will apparently not be taking (and nor Me, I think).

It really ain't bad going for an Event that didn't have Patricia Cornwell's high profile name behind it, nor a celebrity suspect.

Infact, people seem to be more impressed by the the strength of the argument rather than any colourful proclaiming (having taken a peek at some of the message boards discussing the theory around the world today) (google the subject).
