David, I've just completed your book on The Islington Murder Case. Another winner. Enjoyably written, immaculately researched. I totally agree with your conclusion. She must also hold some kind of record for the amount of lies she managed to cram in! I hope that, at some point, you write another true crime book.

I'd recommend this book (as well as David's other book on The Camden Town Murders) to anyone.
    Regards

    Sir Herlock Sholmes.

We should just confirm for the ladies and gentlemen that we are not related, are we son? Oops!

No, seriously, I'm very glad you enjoyed it, I thought it was a fascinating crime myself when I first learnt of it and thank you for being kind enough to make that post.

        Hi David

I understand you making the first point as anyone could get suspicious if they'd previously followed our 'one-off' debate! No money has changed hands I hasten to add

A good point about Billy Graham's cupboard by the way. I wonder what Ann Graham is thinking now that they appear to be saying that her father's story was a pack of lies?

Just about to start Fido and Skinner's book on the Peasenhall case.
        Regards

        Sir Herlock Sholmes.

              No, that's someone else.

Funnily enough my own father once asked me if that was me (at a time before I'd ever written a book) as if I secretly wrote books about sociology!

You don't secretly write 'diaries' do you David?

Yes he did, but it was just a one off instance.

I'm sure that phrase will be David's epitaph (not for many years though I hope )
