I wondered if someone could help me out with this query please:

In the Harry Cox article written for the "Thomson's Weekly News" 1906
He states that the suspect who was being watched "occupied several shops in the East End"

I can`t find any local Jewish suspects from the numerous list that owned or occupied several business premises in the East End.

He also states that "I followed him to Lehman Street, and there I saw him enter a shop which I knew was the abode of a number of criminals well known to the police"

Does anyone know who occupied this well known shop?

Not sure if this is the sort of answer you're looking for, but I think that relates to Aaron Kozminski who was a hairdresser, but don't hold me to that.

      Aaron Kozminski
      Hyam Hyams
      Jacob levy

There could be many others - but Aaron doesn`t seem mentally stable enough to run one business let alone several businesses - Hyam Hyams I`m not sure about and Jacob Levy only had the one butchers shop that I know of.

Maybe someone will be able to answer this....but thanks anyway.
