Back and forth we bicker,was it Tumblety or Sickert?
Kosminsky, some crown prince or Oscar Wilde?
is some far less famous name to come creeping into frame
from a dusty, yet unseen met police file?
Ive just recently arrived, scrolled through casebooks large archives,
and just when i start to think that it was.... HIM!
John or Ally speak, in the audio each week,
an' I sadly find i must begin again
Ive read books who said its this,read dissertions, knitted mist
ploughed through reams that said of nothing much at all
sat agog, admired the fervour, as our experts take it further,
make an art form, nailin' fog unto a wall
So here i sit bewildered as through everything ive filtered,
still this site is bloody marvellous (and free)
but i'm callin' it a day, its too perplexing I'm afraid,
(an' last night i even wondered "Was it me?)
