Default "Serial Killer" killing cats

https://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry...b0511db3d45ecb

Disturbing news for cat owners in a Washington state county: Someone is killing, and mutilating people's pet cats and kittens, even leaving the corpses "posed" in some cases.

They hope to get a clue from the attacker's DNA left on one victims claws.

This guy must plan on being the next JtR.

We had a similar case here in England. Not sure if they were all committed by the same individual.

It's well documented that a lot of serial killers start out on animals. They need to be stopped before they can escalate to people.
