The owner of this site claims that it's their 'great, great, great grandmother, Mary Kelly'.

I think someone else said it was a fiction site with illustrations. Maybe the young woman posed for one of those dress-in-a-historical-costume-and-get-your-picture-taken attractions?

Thank you... So this girl would be Mary Jane Kelly's daughter?

          It's a fan fiction site, she's a character in a story

Not really, Gene. I clicked on the link provided and then looked at "The Real Story". Apparently the site titled "American Zora Story" is a fan fiction site for the TV show "American Horror Story: Coven". Zoe is a character in the show who is a witch. The author decided to create a "back story" for her, and decided she was descended from Marie Jeanette Kelly... Hmm... Puts a new spin on Miller's Court, human sacrifice and all...

Don't know if the photo represents a real Victorian girl or is a modern mock-up. Fan fiction writers often also dress up in costumes, so anything is possible.
