    Jack the Ripper stole
    Mary Jeanette Kelly's heart
    Because he loved her.

I've been editing all day. I think I 've succumbed to unbalanced inverted comma syndrome.

        Many thanks, Bill.

I have a knack for poetry, but haven't dabbled with it for a long time. Love haikus, one of the easiest forms to do, if you count the syllables right.

Think I stumbled across your Crippen site the other day. Looks fascinating.

Ah, I thought you meant this site. My reply made no sense in the correct context. Now I'm not on my phone - I can see quite clearly.
And thank you for the comment regarding crippen.

No worries. Yes, I was trying to research your question about Neave's dad, and the only hits were ancestry sites, this Casebook thread, and your website. Think we'll need to get a newspaper title to find out more. thanks

Yes I know. A haiku is not supposed to rhyme but I couldn't resist.

                      Women murdered night
by night: The whole of London
                      shakes, rendered in fright.
