Has anyone ever heard of this killer? Most people say Jack was the first serial killer, but this guy killed a couple of women in 1884/1885 in Austin, Texas.

First, this is the board for General Ripper discussions. The servant girl annihilator was not the Ripper and therefore doesn't belong on this board. If you had done a bit of searching before posting (like the guidelines ask you to do) you would have seen that about 5 or 6 forums down there's two forums where this would have been more appropriate. One is called "Shades of Whitechapel" which discusses Ripper-similar serial killers and the other is "Other Mysteries"

Or you could have used the Search feature located on the menu bar, typed in Servant girl annihilator and found there is already a thread discussing it.
