You'll have the whole diary, if I remember correctly...what little there is of it. It reads like a one-sitting story.

Yes I confirm you get all the background, a reproduction of the Diary itself, plus a complete transcript of the latter...

I would warn you though, that in the paperback edition the last two are reproduced pretty small!
