Twizzle and Supercar are two early (and very different!) shows which I recall...

      All the best

There were some early ones - not sure if all were Gerry Anderson :
        Torchy
        Four Feather Falls
        Twizzle
        Sarah and Hoppity

        Then definitely Gerry Anderson were
        Supercar
        Fireball XL Five
        Stingray
        Thunderbirds
        Captain Scarlet
        Joe 90

and I think there were a few more after that.

Supercar was I think piloted by Mike Mercury (?)...There was also a nutty professor (Beaker?), a youngster and his pet monkey who I'm pretty sure was Mitch - I'm pretty sure Twizzle was Gerry Anderson too... not sure about Sarah and Hoppitty (though being a sad act I can still remember the words of the theme song!)...Who did Torchy, the battery boy...was that Gerry Anderson?

Fireball XL5 was I think the first really big one (that went somewhere other than UK anyway!) ...and from then on it's all big time...

Thanks for five minutes of nostalgia fellers!

            All the best

My favourite was definitely Thunderbirds. Of all the shows I can remember, that one had the most characters in it - probably helped by its approx 50 minute per episode duration. And it had some lovely bits of humour - like Grandma saying that she doesn't like the new-fangled nuclear cookers because she can't get the hang of those rods.

Another part of my childhood gone. Loved Thunderbirds. Anderson's brother went to the US during WW2 and wrote to Gerry about a US squadron called....The Thunderbirds.

I always wanted to be Scott. Well, actually, I just wanted to be the pilot of TB1. I'd have thrown Scott out and gone FAB!
