Me too Abby.......well, I have a nephew called Matthew (which begins with Ma ) which was also the Christian name of grape seller Packer.

Surely not a coincidence

This thread is lighthearted, I was simply relaying an observation .None of us know the mental reasoning of the killer, and who can say that numerology may not have played a part.

Id love to find out after all these years that the real root of Ripperological conspiracy theory was a one letter spelling error and that the true ripper was actually called Fred Mason.
