An interesting thought has just come to mind; some say that the Kelly murder was not done by JtR but was instead a one-off; either a nasty coincidence or someone taking advantage of Jack to settle a...

I hear what you're saying Harry, but you can't completely exonerate somebody who was found standing beside a VERY recently slain body and then goes on to confuse matters further with his (rather odd...

Very interesting reply, thanks for that. And if I've implicated an innocent man called George Harrison into being JtR my apologies - I put that blooper down to too many late nights (no not skulking...

Did Nichols really use this spot in Bucks Row for clients?

Only it's at odds with most of the the other locales that prostitutes took clients in many ways; the entrance to that locked yard in Bucks Row was not secluded or down an alley or court, or even off...

Must admit this made me smile a bit, has any book author or ripperologist got tangible evidence that their pet suspect was JtR? No of course not, it's simply too long after the event. To my mind just...

Hi Robert,
I don't have a particular argument as such, I'm just bouncing ideas of fellow theorists, and at the end of the day that's all we really are. I take every theory of a suspect seriously...

In which case I wonder if it could have been a possibility that Cross glanced back just as he got out of line of sight with the murder spot and saw pc Neil, or perhaps his light?
