All the evidence points to honest Tom and Steve Wright was set up by him as a stooge to hide Tom's murder of his lover Tania because he knew that she had sat in his car on the night he killed her, possibly because she didnt have that 40 quid she owed to him.

If Stephens was such a sex addict that he was known to most of the working girls of the area and Tania owed him forty quid that she didn't have, then isn't there a simple and obvious way she could work off the debt?

Rather than kill her?

If he did kill her I would say it was more likely for another reason.

Yes I too believe that it was more than just money, though it could of played its part ! Maybe the person who killed her became emotionally involved with her and wanted her to stop and she told him where to get off, she was after all a young woman who chose a life style and possibly resented any interference from anyone and was killed out of rage and frustration by accident. The truth is without a full disclosure by the perpetrator we will neve fully know the circumstances.

A microscopic spec of Anette Nicholls blood was found on Steve Wright's Flourencent yellow jacket in which he is alledged to have been wearing while he disposed of her.
Steve wright claims this occured while the jacket was laid on the floor while they had sex.
Imagine for one second that my story is true ! that I saw someone else who had just disposed of Anette as I claim ! That would support the Steve Wright's claim would it not ? Also that would mean that the prosecution was wrong about how the blood got on there would it not ?
Personally I find the theory that Steve Wright wore such a jacket in the alledged act of any of the disposals as a bit far fetched as, well would you really ! ? you just would'nt, WOULD YOU ???????????
You are right though nemo, I agree hard evidence would need to be found and I will also continue to ask the police etc to look into the matter as well as pursuing other avenues.

If the killer transported the women to the location of their discovery by carrying the body over his shoulder, the body would naturally fall into a cruciform position when he lay it down - the hair would be straight up from the head if he lay it down with some force ie due to exhaustion in the effort

I think you may find your analysis is highly improbable as the hair was fashioned upwards to a point and what you are suggesting does not fit in with the evidence given by the expert witness at the trial.

Ok describe the position of Anette and her position as to the road ie ; which way was she facing ? Head towards Ipswich or Felixstowe or neither ?
Was she laid on her back or front and what parts of the body were visible ? Stating where you obtained this information ( I can only speak in relation to Anette Nicholls)......Regards jsi

Wright had been depicted as a devious killer who scroupulously hid the evidence. Washing his car at night and cleaning his flat was mentioned in various terms in the media but this would be the action of any man who wished to hide his sexual misbehaviour from his wife, who shared the car and flat with him.

His gloves were cited as accessories of a criminal.

Surely if a man carried a body with his gloves on, the victim's DNA would be all over the outside of the gloves?
Would a devious killer not dispose of them while an innocent man would not?

and surely if Wright was really the killer of these girls he would not have been so stupid as to leave traces of his semen and DNA all over their bodies.
It simply bears out what this over sexed man says, that he used these prostitutes to satisfy his sexual urges.
Being innocent of the murders he felt safe in soliciting in Ipswich during that period and he had no reason to worry about police checks or cameras etc.

No Derrick. I dont know anything about that but there are strong similarities in some of those killings with the Ipswich murders. But lets not get diverted and concentrate on the Ipswich case because the trial brought out most of the evidence relating to those five murders.
The police are always anxious to solve outstanding cases, especially high profile crimes.
The name of the game is to get a conviction and put the CASE SOLVED sticker over the file.
The media suggested Wright may be responsible for the Suzy Lamplugh crime because he knew her but the police discounted that link.

Curiously, the police suggested in court that Wright may have had an accomplice.

Why do you suppose this was voiced?
I think that the police knew soon after they charged Wright that they had charged the wrong man. It would have been impossible for them to make such an admission in the full glare of the world's media because it was such a high profile case. He was held on remand for more than a year. Naturally the murders had stopped because the real killer had succeeded in setting up the patsy, Steve Wright, and the police who had been assisted and directed by two senior legal officials from the CPS couldnt possibly hold up their hands to a **** up. It would have been a disastrous loss of face for both the police and the CPS.
With the stoppage of the murders it was better to assume that they had the killer behind bars and hope for a successful trial and conviction. Wright said he was not guilty from his prison cell and like many an accused man before, he put his faith in a British judge and jury to clear his name.

The police are being kept informed and have spoken with them on more than 1 occassion recently
