One of them, the darker coloured car, was presumably Wright's Mondeo while the other was identified as a Renault Clio.
At least one of the final two bodies did not show any signs of having been dragged to the deposition site, therefore it is reasonable to conclude that two people carried at least one of the bodies. A body carried by one person would show signs of being dumped onto the ground, and the ground too would show signs of the impact of a body being dumped.
In his summing up, the judge suggested that more than one person may have been involved in the both the murder and/or the deposition of the bodies, although there was only one suspect in the dock.
