Some background to the song.August 2007 a young girl sophie Lancaster and her boyfriend were attacked in a park by a gang of sub human teenage slime.He was left unconcious and while tending him she was kicked ot the ground and her head stamped and jumped on. Sophie died in hospital 2 weeks later without regaining conciousness. The reason for the attack - they were dressed as Goths.
2012 Dutch band Delain released song and album 'We are the others' aid the Sophie Lancaster Foundation in fighting for understanding and tolerance of all minority groups wish to live the lifestyle they choose without fear

Williams' Seranade to Music is my favourite. Heard it many years ago played on the Last Night of the Proms, and it knocked me sideways.

Yes I think Vaughan Williams is probably the greatest English composer of the 19th/20th centuries...but that may just be my personal prejudices showing through (after all the RVW Society say he's arguably the greatest since Purcell!).
