No but it is mocking her when you know she's an atheist and to her superstitious mumbo jumbo from the religious crowd isn't a serious offer of concern.

And you know it. It's also smug, superior and arrogant--in short, all the things you profess to disdain in atheists.

    Belinda,

I hope you find your dog.

The neighborhood kids may have seen her or know of someone who found a dog. Kids pick up on that sort of thing quickly and gossip about it. I ask any kids I saw.

    Hi Belinda,
Thought it might help if I sat and scoured the internet for some tips as to the best way of finding a lost pet...
Small dogs tend to hide in small dark places,so take a flashlight when you go looking for them.
Take a favourite squeeky toy if they have one or usual treat jar to shake which might encourage them to come out from a hiding place if they are
hungry...take a group of people with you to search..all call the dogs name,
use a high pitch dog whistle..as it's sound can carry some distance...then call dogs name again,go silent and listen for bark.
Go back to spot where you last saw them and leave a piece of your clothing which has plenty of your scent on..and go back after a while to see if dog is closeby.
Leave their blanket or whatever they sleep on outside your front door, dogs scent carries quite a distance and they will be able to find their way back
    home.
Post flourescent posters on telephone poles, vets clinics, pet food stores,
    grocery stores,community bulletin boards,churches,laundromats,convenience
stores and any other high traffic areas you can think of...use "family pet" as this often motivates people to help..and if pedigree dog,put "has been spayed",as this will discourage people who take dogs for breeding purposes from keeping her,if she has been taken for this purpose.
    Anyway...hope it helps.
ANNA.x...don't worry, one expert says they are more resiliant than we give them credit for...keep your spirits up,Belinda..we are all here thinking of you.

I beg your pardon, young lady, but a suggestion that you pray is hardly a torment. It has worked for millions of others and might work for you, so I consider it a sage piece of advice. What you choose to do with it is up to you. And I most certainly do not know where to stuff it.

    Yours truly,

    Tom Wescott

Thank You both. I won't give up until I know something. We're going out looking again tommorrow. We're taking our other dog as the vet thinks if she'd hiding hearing Tottie might coax her out.

I passed out leaflets to people who regualarly use the track and have asked them to keep a look out for her.

I won't give up until I find my baby
